Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by D FINE TECH LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

D FINE TECH LTD provides office administrative services, printing support services, administrative management, business support solutions, document management services, and related consulting services.

Specific terms for each service will be detailed in separate service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

Service Agreements

All services are subject to written agreement between D FINE TECH LTD and the client. The terms of individual service agreements will supersede these general Terms where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the time frame specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining appropriate security measures for shared information
• Timely payment of all fees and charges

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will take reasonable measures to protect it. However, we may disclose information when required by law or with client consent.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by D FINE TECH LTD in the course of providing services will be specified in individual service agreements. Clients retain ownership of their own materials and data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will return client materials as specified in the service agreement
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
